Logging in to dbgo is a straightforward process — just enter your mobile number and password. That said, common issues like forgetting your password, not receiving an OTP, or having your account locked can come up. This page covers all of that in detail.

Log In with Mobile Number

The simplest method — log in using the mobile number and password you provided during registration. When entering your Bangladeshi number, skip the +880 and start with 01.

Sign in with OTP

You can also log in with an OTP instead of your password. Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP, then submit the 6-digit code sent to your phone within 3 minutes. This method is especially handy if you've forgotten your password.

What to Do If You've Forgotten Your Password

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login form, or contact the help center directly. Once your mobile number is verified, you can set a new password. For security, the reset link is only valid for 15 minutes.

If your account is locked

Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or reach out to the help center. This is done to keep your account secure.

• Use "Remember Me" on your own device only, never on someone else's.
• Never share your password after logging in — dbgo will never ask for your password over the phone.

One Account Across Multiple Devices

You can log in to the same account from your mobile, tablet, or computer. However, if the account is active on multiple devices simultaneously, a security alert may be triggered.
