Dbgo Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Consent

By accessing or using the dbgo platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read this page carefully before registering.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between dbgo and the member. If you disagree with any part of them, you are advised not to use dbgo.

Eligibility Conditions

• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Dbgo cannot be accessed from countries or regions where it is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may only hold one account on dbgo. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

Information provided at registration

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited. dbgo may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

Account Security

• You may not allow others to use your account.
• Members are solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing their password.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Dbgo will not be held liable for account hacking or theft if the member has neglected to follow proper security practices.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on dbgo are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Deposit Policy

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with your payment receipt or screenshot. Certain conditions may apply to the refund of deposited funds.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–30 minutes. However, during peak hours or while verification is in progress, it may take longer. Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Dbgo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members is applied to the first deposit. To claim it, the first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, only one will typically apply.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules & Regulations

Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. In live betting, bets must be placed before the odds change. If a bet is incomplete due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.

Live Casino Special Rules

• The dealer's decision is final and binding.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined based on the server logs.
• Offensive or abusive language in the Live Casino chat is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting — Special Rules

• If a match is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Results will be considered valid once the required amount of gameplay has been completed.
• The cash out option may not always be available.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbgo. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse or arbitrage.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to dbgo's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Dbgo reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• For legal reasons or as directed by a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, subject to withdrawal conditions being met.

8 Privacy & Personal Information

9 Limitation of Liability

While dbgo operates the platform with reasonable care, it is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection issue.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• In the event of unexpected technical failures, provided the stake for the affected bet is refunded.
• If a member's login credentials are exposed due to their own negligence.

However, dbgo's maximum liability for proven errors on its part will be limited.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Dbgo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.
